As a user of several Satellites across several lifecycle environments and networks, it would be a huge enhancement to be able to create a Personal Access Token (PAT) on a Satellite and transfer/copy that PAT to other Satellites in my environments.

Through testing, I can already confirm that copying a PAT from the foreman Postgres table "personal_access_tokens" to another Satellite for the "admin" user on the Satellite works. But for other users, this method does not work. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but it would be beneficial if it worked for all users, or if a more defined method of doing this was created.
