Update the Recommended Repositories page to change the Red Hat Satellite Capsule, Maintenance and Utils repositories from version 6.18 to 6.19 for RHEL 9

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to Content --> Red Hat Repositories --> Click on Recommended repositories.
Search for Red Hat Satellite Capsule, Maintenance and Utils Repositories, and check the version.

Modify the repository's version from 6.17 to 6.18
