      Goal:

To bring all periodical task management directly into the application we need to make sure that we don't lose any existing features by doing so. This is essentially laying down the groundwork for the actual migration of individual periodic tasks.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Periodic tasks can be edited
        • important to note that they should be able to be edited using the same terms you use when creating them (for example if configured to run "daily at 12:00", the users shouldn't need to fiddle with cron-lines to edit the schedule)
      • Individual periodic tasks can be triggered on demand without affecting their overall schedule
      • It is possible to distinguish between user and system periodic tasks and filter for those kinds
      • The recurrence mechanism is robust - cancelling the next iteration must not break the repetition
      • It is possible to configure splay time for periodic tasks
