Description of problem:

When we click on an item of a content type (may it be Container Image Tags, File, Packages, Errata, etc) we get to the item's details page which is usually titled by the item's name. Not so in case of Module Streams - the title (h1 element) is missing.

Yes, but it must have happened a long ago (I can see the test failing since 6.15)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Sync some repo with streams (like module_stream2 from QE fixture repos)

2. Navigate to Content > Content Types > Module Streams

3. Click on some stream name

Actual behavior:
Title (h1 element) is missing in the details page

Expected behavior:
It should be titled by the stream name (similar to other content types)
