Description of problem:

The Test Connection button appears green before all the required details are filled in. It should be disabled (or greyed out) initially, and only after all the required details are entered should we be able to click Test Connection. The button should turn green only if all the details are correct.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Infrastructure -> Compute Resources -> Create Compute Resource

2. select kubevirt in  provider

Actual behavior:
Test Connection appears green prior to entering all the details.

Expected behavior:
Test Connection indicator should be green only after all information is correctly provided, and not prior to that.
