Description of problem:

When on the IOP recommendations page. clicking the "Reset filters" button resets the applied filters, but not filter type. It would make more sense to reset everything back to the DEFAULT filter ("Name"). 

How reproducible: 100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version: ?

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Set up a satellite with IOP

2.Navigate to the recommendations page

3.Verify filter type is default to "Name"

4.Change filter type to something like "Status" and select status type

5.Click reset filters

6.filter type is still set to "Status", not "Name"

Actual behavior:
Clicking "reset filter" removes filter status but does not change the type.

Expected behavior:
Clicking "reset filter" should reset ALL filters and should default back to "Name"

Business Impact / Additional info:

This is not technically a bug, but is a poor user workflow.
