Description of problem:

Delete host should wait for the machine to become stopped and then delete it.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new host under OCP-V compute resource
2. Delete the host from the UI

Actual behavior:

The host remains in OCP-V and an exception is logged in Foreman

Expected behavior:

The host is properly deleted.
