IP address is not synced back to Foreman during the provisioning

      Description of problem:

      After the machine is created, the IP address of the machine is not set

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      No

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Define OCP-V compute resource
      2. Create a new host under the OCP-V compute resource

      Actual behavior:

      After the creation the machine gets an IP, but the IP is not reflected in Foreman

      Expected behavior:

      The machine reports back the new IP and that IP is updated in Foreman
