When fetching the 'Host - Applied Errata' report from the Satellite, it doesn't show severity of the erratas applied and doesn't have a column for this macro.

Customer wants to have this feature added to the report so that the report can be presented to their management.

Requirements

The 'Host - Applied Errata' report should contain the severity column for the errata that had been applied to the content hosts.
