      Description of problem:

Provisioning does not work on libvirt when using RHEL7. RHEL7 supports the legacy Intel i440FX chipset and is not compatible with the newer Q35 chipset that is used for other operating systems. As a result, the virtual machine gets paused before the Kickstart default template is started, and provisioning does not proceed further.

      How reproducible:

      Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      No

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create libvirt host using - https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.18/html/provisioning_hosts/provisioning_virtual_machines_on_kvm_kvm-provisioning

      2. Check the VM on the libvirt hypervisor.

      3. It opens the kickstart template and then pauses the VM.

      Actual behavior:
When we create a host in Satellite and then check the VM on the libvirt hypervisor, the VM is in a paused state

      Expected behavior:
The VM should run on RHEL7 without any issues and must not enter a paused state.

      Business Impact / Additional info:

In automation testing, failures are also occurring in other areas that are specific to RHEL7.
