Quick UI review re: pullable paths -
1. I would love to not use the term "environment" any more to refer to lifecycle environments. We have too many things called environment - puppet env, lifecycle env, content view environment, development environment...
2. Instead of separate columns for (lifecycle) environment and content view, I would maybe have gone even further and displayed a "Content view environment" column. This will help get into users' heads that LCE and CV don't need to be separate concepts, and we can start thinking of them as content view environments.
