Admins can deploy Kerberos SSO authentication, but that relies on foreman-installer. As we're rewriting the deployment to be done by foremanctl there needs to be a replacement. There is very focused documentation in the Configuring authentication for Red Hat Satellite users (6.18).

Acceptance criteria:

• Current feature set is possible with foremanctl
• parameters.md is updated to reflect the changes
• Documentation is updated where applicable
