Unable to create an Azure image in Red Hat Satellite using the hammer compute-resource image create command.

The command fails with an Internal Server Error, and Satellite logs show a NoMethodError related to a missing images method on the Organization model.

This prevents adding Azure gallery images and blocks VM provisioning from Satellite.

Expected Result
The Azure image should be successfully added to Satellite and available for host provisioning.

Internal Server Error: the server was unable to finish the request. This may be caused by unavailability of some required service, incorrect API call or a server-side bug. There may be more information in the server's logs.
