As a hammer user, I can see `orphaned` info in a repository's details

      Snipped from a repository SHOW command from the API:

                     "id" => 243,
            "cp_id" => "479",
             "name" => "Red Hat Enterprise Linux for x86_64",
         "orphaned" => false,
           "redhat" => true,
        "sync_plan" => nil
    },

      We need to show the orphaned boolean in hammer. This determines if the repository has lost its subscription connection.
