We currently have multiple tickets to fix DITA compatibility for individual guides. The purpose of this ticket is to make sure the downstream repo really is clean after those tickets have been resolved. For example, the Package Manifest guide is downstream only and we don't have a ticket for it in epic https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-38932 

Prerequisite: All other tickets named "Fix DITA compatibility *" created for individual guides have been resolved.

Expected outcome: The asciidoctor-dita-vale tool run on the repo level either doesn't report any issues, or the issues that it does report are being resolved in another way (for example, by requesting a feature for asciidoctor-dita-vale, by an agreement to fix the remaining issues during downstream post-sync processing, etc.)
