Description of problem:

After updating to 6.15.z and then upgrading to 6.16 the Satellite webui will infinitely spin on some pages, like the dashboard, subscriptions, and content view pages. This will produce no errors in the logs and all attempts to track requests in Foreman logs will show that requests are being rendered.

In observing browser network logs there will be a 404 on a rubygem-foreman_theme_satellite remoteEntry.js file. All other requests will reach a 200 status.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Update to 6.15.z ensuring RHBA 2025:22621 is applied

2. Upgrade to 6.16

3. Attempt to load webui pages

(alternatively, install the package manually via rpm -Uvh on 6.16 and restart the foreman service)
