      Description of problem:

I'm trying to install flatpaks from Satellite 6.18. The host is a RHEL-10 machine, ppc64le architecture. I've tested the other host architectures as well (x86_64, aarch64, s390x) on the same satellite instance, but ppc64le is the only one where the problem manifests. Also, multiple ppc64le host systems were tested with the same results:

/var/log/foreman/production.log from the satellite is attached in SAT-41004.

      How reproducible:
      Always on a RHEL-10 host, ppc64le arch.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      I didn't try 6.17.

      Versions:

      • Satellite: satellite-6.18.0-3.el9sat running on RHEL-9.7.
      • Host: RHEL-10.2-20251126.1, ppc64le

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Sync flatpaks from Red Hat registry, see https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.18/html/managing_content/managing-flatpak-repositories-in-project

      2. Confirm that flatpaks (for example "org.mozilla.firefox") can be installed on x86_64, aarch64 and s390x RHEL-10 hosts.

      3. Try to list and install flatpaks on a ppc64le RHEL-10 host (see the exact steps above).

      Actual behavior:
"flatpak remote-ls" doesn't report anything, unable to install flatpaks.

      Expected behavior:
"flatpak remote-ls" reports available flatpaks, it's possible to install them.

      Business Impact / Additional info:

This blocks installing flatpaks on ppc64le, even during the anaconda installation process.
