Description of problem:

I am attempting to provision hosts using the "Full host image' ISO generated by Satellite. The install succeeds, but the host is not properly registered after a reboot. Running `subscription-manager identity` tells me "This system is not yet registered"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Satellite

2. Create Host Group that defines CV, LE (with kickstart repos to kickstarting is possible), and AK.

3. Create host in above host group

4. Download "Full host image" ISO and boot machine to that ISO.

Actual behavior:
System installs properly, but is not registered as expected.

Expected behavior:
System should be registered so I can immediately run `dnf install <foo>`.
