Goal:

• Necessary changes to make the tooling in satperf repo (https://github.com/redhat-performance/satperf) to work with foremanctl (https://github.com/theforeman/foremanctl) 

Acceptance Criteria:

• The users of satperf will be able to use both the traditional Satellite/Foreman implementation as well as the new containerized one implemented with foremanctl
