Description of problem:

The EOL banner includes a link sending the user to the Red Hat Satellite Upgrade Helper. This link is broken because of a trailing space at the end of the URL.

"https://access.redhat.com/labsinfo/satelliteupgradehelper " 

This was introduced when fixing another aspect of the URL (see SAT-29427) 

How reproducible: 

Always, when the EOL banner appears

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change the date of your Satellite server to a date close to its EOL estimated date

2. Access the webUI

3. Click over the link in the banner

Actual behavior:
Link is broken by the trailing space at URL

Expected behavior:
Link should not include trailing space

Business Impact / Additional info:

This affects all currently supported versions. While it's not (yet) noticeable it will be an issue in the future.
