Description of problem:

Hosts and repositories table in container gateway should have bigint Ids. Since we have a remove all - recreate flow for these tables, the IDs are likely to run out fast for big customers.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a large number of hosts + respositories tied to capsule
2. Sync the capsule a few times till IDs run out

Actual behavior:
The tables will run out of Ids

Expected behavior:
IDs should not run out on large systems.
