When installing RHEL in the graphical interface, 'Software Collection' appears empty when registering the system to Satellite, while it works with the Customer Portal.

How reproducible:

1) Initiate the RHEL installation using the ISO, and proceed to the 'Installation Summary' section.
2) Click on 'Connect to Red Hat' and provide the Satellite credentials and provide Satellite URL as https://satellite.example.com --> Register --> Done
3) Back to the 'Installation Summary' section and click on 'Software selection', this will be empty.

Repeat the same steps and provide Red Hat customer portal credentials instead of Satellite. 'Software selection' shows the list of available and selected software.
