Goal:

Today this is implemented in satellite-maintain. There's a good chance that it won't work on a containerized installation and needs to be updated.

We've discussed also merging satellite-maintain into foremanctl and that should be considered here.

Acceptance criteria:

• The code is updated to extract the existing metrics from containerized installation.
• Any documentation is updated where needed
