Goal

Today https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.18/html-single/administering_red_hat_satellite/index#Creating_a_Complete_Permission_Table_admin contains a Ruby script to list the various permissions and which resources they affect. This needs to be available in the application itself without resorting to hand feeding it a Ruby script.

Acceptance criteria

• As an admin I can get an overview of the various permissions and which resources they affect
• The documentation is updated to use this new method

Open questions

• How should this be implemented? Via some page, a built in report or some other way?
• What should be done on the QE side?
