Description of problem:

repository_errata for repositories in content views are missing PRNs at run time.

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create and sync some repo with errata
2. Create a CV, add the repo and Publish
3. Promote CVV to another LCE

Actual behavior:
Both, 2 and 3 create repos with missing PRNs
 
Expected behavior:
PRNs are populated for the repository_errata.

Business Impact / Additional info:

Check other content types in repositories as well. Might just relate to repo association records.
