In SAT-34857 it was reported that one can't upload content after a recent rubygem-rack update. The issue was that the chunks get too big for Racks security checks and thus in SAT-34793 we lowered the chunks Ansible produces to 1MB.

In https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.18/html-single/using_the_satellite_rest_api/index#uploading-content-to-satellite-server we document the same 2MB limit – and the uploads fail now. We should update the limit to 1MB (or adjust the code to use the better encoding, see https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/11408 - but that's probably too much work for now)
