Goal:

• Currently, we don't support or validate Libvirt compute resource on RHEL10 hypervisors, and when trying to provision a virtual machine using libvirt Compute Resource on RHEL 10 you get error: "saving the server: Call to virDomainDefineXML failed: unsupported configuration: domain configuration does not support video model 'cirrus'"

Acceptance Criteria:

• Libvirt CR can be create when deployed on RHEL10 hypervisors
• Able to provision on Libvirt CR running on RHEL10 hypervisors
