foreman_puppet is a crucial plugin for many users using Puppet. When reading the guide Managing configurations by using Puppet integration it is used all over the place for configuration management with Puppet

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can still use same supported foreman_puppet plugin and its integration mechanisms after Satellite has been containerized.
• Users still have an easy workflow to deploy own Puppet content (modules etc) to the Satellite and Capsule systems. (Today they just write to /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments)
• Rewritten code is tested and verified.
• The documentation is updated
