foreman_ansible is a crucial plugin along with REX plugin for many users. When reading the Managing configurations by using Ansible integration it is used all over the place for configuration management and remote executions

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can still use same supported foreman_ansible plugin and Ansible integration mechanisms after Satellite has been containerized.
• Users still have an easy workflow to deploy own Ansible content (roles, collections) to the Satellite and Capsule systems. (Today they just write to /etc/ansible/collections/ansible_collections)
• Rewritten code is tested and verified.
• The documentation is updated
