Goal:

Enable administrators to manage IOP functionality through foremanctl as part of the broader Satellite containerization effort. Users will be able to configure and manage IOP services including core functionality, advisor, and vulnerability scanning directly through the foremanctl interface, replacing the current puppet-iop module approach.

Acceptance Criteria:

• IOP core functionality is fully integrated into foremanctl
• All existing puppet-iop capabilities are preserved and functional
• Integration with Satellite containerized services is complete
• Testing coverage validates all IOP functionality works correctly
