Goal:

The plugin doesn't make any sense in the architecture: Hammer is a remote client to a Foreman installation while the plugin does local actions on the Satellite or Capsule system.

It also conflicts with our installer that also managed the files. Looking forward to SAT-23140 we'll remove the files it tries to manage from filesystem that no longer exist.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The package is removed from packaging with a proper obsoletes so it's removed automatically on upgrades.
• Any documentation that refers to it is removed
• Any tests that stress it are removed

Open questions:

• Do we need to deprecate this in 6.18?
