Description-  Creating docker repo with html tags in the name filed doesn't support in 6.17.z and giving an error. This is working in 6.15 and 6.16

Validation failed: Container repository name invalid container image name

How reproducible: Always in 6.17.z

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Content > Product (Create product) > Repository
2. Use <tag>docker_repo_name</tag> in the name filed
3. click Save button.

Actual Result: Docker repo doesn't create, getting Validation failed error message

Expected Result: Docker repo should get created
