On the create flatpak remote form in the UI, we only show the help texts and action helpers to create Redhat remote if user doesn't have a redhat remote already..
This is today checked globally so if any org in the system has a redhat remote and we stop showing the add redhat remote helpers for all other orgs as well..We want to scope it to org level..

Also address couple of review comments from msviriko1 :

• Auto populate Remote name when using the Redhat remote modal help. Right now it only auto-populates the remote URL. Use a generic enough name like Red Hat remote
• "Create new" button should be renamed as "Create remote"
• Name of the modal should be capitalised like this "Mirror repositories"
