InputFactory uses Select component defined in webpack/assets/javascripts/react_app/components/common/forms/Select.js

The component itself is based on jQuery and is composed from HTML primitives plus custom classes, the update to PF5 might mean reviewing classes to be based on PF5 ones or re-writing the component to be based on PF5 React component.
