Description of problem:

documentation link on the Jobs page links into a 404 

Now points to correct documentation though a log exception is raised for an un-permitted param `:type` which should be permitted 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to all jobs page

2.click on the documentation link

3. it leads to https://theforeman.org/plugins/foreman_remote_execution/16.0/index.html#3.2ExecutingaJob

Actual behavior:

docs page doesn't exist 

Expected behavior:
link should lead into an existing doc page 

Business Impact / Additional info:

This is a minor change to allow param `:type` on links_controller not raising error logs in the foreman main project
