Undo the pin from https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/38831 and ensure the tests pass by coordinating with Pulp. A fix either needs to be made in Pulp itself or we need a patch in Katello. The issue is potentially caused by the bindings being generated with a newer version of Pulpcore - we don't generate our own bindings yet.
