Goal:

After releasing 1.0 with a minimal feature set (SAT-34298) the next version is all about building up the feature set from a deployment point of view. It doesn't need to implement all the various functionality a Satellite deployment has, but it should allow those features to be implemented without having to extend obsah or foremanctl core.

Upstream https://github.com/theforeman/foremanctl/milestone/2 is defined, but it's likely to be incomplete.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Fundamental features are present so all Satellite functionality can be implemented in future epics/tasks

Open questions:

• Which features do we all need?
• How do we actually deliver optional features?
