Major Background: Recently, we parameterized foreman-maintain backup restore tests for IoP-enabled Satellite. As we also use those tests for RemoteDB testing (but with a separate Satellite from settings.remotedb.server), the IoP tests are not compatible and shouldn't be executed at all. Currently, those IoP tests are failing in upgrade RemoteDB job.
Expected Steps: Remove IoP tests from upgrade RemoteDB test collection.
Definition of Done: IoP tests removed from RemoteDB test collection.
