Description of problem:

 Bootdisk generation of a host fails with the following error:
"ERF42-8203 [Foreman::Exception]: Ensure /var/lib/tftpboot/grub2/mmx64.efi is readable (or update "Grub2 directory" setting)"

 Yes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Setup the satellite for provisioning
2. Create a host using baremetal
3. Try to download the bootdisk for the host.

Actual behavior:
Bootdisk generation fails with error:
"ERF42-8203 [Foreman::Exception]: Ensure /var/lib/tftpboot/grub2/mmx64.efi is readable (or update "Grub2 directory" setting)"

Expected behavior:
Bootdisk should be successfully generated
