Update script command in disconnected IoP installation guide

      Description of problem:

      In the 6.18 Satellite installation ISO, the setup_containers script has moved. In the disconnected installation guide [1], the setup_containers script now looks like this:

      /media/sat6/setup_containers

      instead of:

      /media/sat6/containers/setup_containers
