GRUB Legacy is removed in provisioning::
GRUB Legacy, also known as GRUB version 1, is removed from provisioning. GRUB 1 was used in RHEL versions prior to RHEL 7. Current distributions use GRUB 2 and are not affected by the deprecation. Systems that were upgraded from an older version might contain obsolete GRUB 1 files and templates.

      Goal:

Grub 1 (or even 0.x) has been superseded by Grub 2 for a long time. Most distributions switched by 2014 and those are end of life. Grub 1 is used for SLES11, RHEL6, Debian Lenny, Ubuntu 9.04.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Code supporting grub 1 is dropped. This isn't limited to provisioning templates but at least includes the template kind.

      Open questions:

      • What to do with any migrations? Users who still have data in their database pointing to the old grub 1 templates? Do we clean up the old grub 1 TFTP files on Capsules?
