Goal:

Grub 1 (or even 0.x) has been superseded by Grub 2 for a long time. Most distributions switched by 2014 and those are end of life. Grub 1 is used for SLES11, RHEL6, Debian Lenny, Ubuntu 9.04.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Code supporting grub 1 is dropped. This isn't limited to provisioning templates but at least includes the template kind.

Open questions:

• What to do with any migrations? Users who still have data in their database pointing to the old grub 1 templates?
