Today there's satellite-installer and satellite-maintain and ideally we'd merge them into a single tool: foremanctl. A big question is how.

satellite-maintain has gathered a bunch of features of the years. So we certainly need to keep, others perhaps not. This spike is about building those 2 lists. We need to figure it out from 3 angles:

• development (read the code)
• documentation (docs.redhat.com but perhaps also KCS articles)
• testing (robottelo)
