This ask is in service of getting our dependencies on to both newer more maintainable stacks but also to provide alignment amongst our UI technology

Goal:

• The host form for creating and editing should be redesigned
• Support standardization of visuals in web UI to current PatternFly React standards (PF5)
•  

Acceptance Criteria:

• Host form is written completely in React, without .erb or jQuery.
• Should not be a regression from the current form
• All host form extensions in plugins should also be redesigned and written in React
