Description of problem:

For a cloned template `cloned_from_id` is not shown for hammer template info, hammer report-template info, hammer job-template info

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create a cloned template

2. hammer template info --id host_id

3. hammer report-template info --id host_id

4. hammer job-template info --id host_id

Actual behavior:
None of the above three commands shows the `cloned_from_id` or any other similar in the output

Expected behavior:
Above commands should list where the template was cloned from.
