Goal:

In the legacy UI there is a button to export to CSV (see attached screenshot). Currently this is missing in the new UI and should be added.

It may be possible to add this generically to any table index page because multiple views can respond to CSV views (config reports, hostgroups, fact values) and reused, but this isn't a requirement.

Acceptance criteria:

• As a user I can export the list of hosts like I can today
• This is tested
