From the Satellite WebUI's Capsule Sync page, a user has the option to perform a full Capsule sync with or without the skip-metadata-check option (Optimized or Complete). Both options are full Capsule sync options without the ability to minimize the Capsule sync to just the last repos that failed in a previous Capsule sync.
While it is possible to use hammer command to achieve this, identifying the values required for the hammer command to accomplish this can be taxing for most users.
This proposal is for a simple option from the Satellite WebUI that could accomplish this by scanning the previous pulp hrefs of the previous Capsule sync and putting ONLY those repos into a new Capsule sync task to perform. Additionally, the option could include the choice of skip-metadata-check for a user to select to enable or disable.
