Description of problem: 

'dual CA certificate file' section in the doc is confusing, and the title is not accurate.

The title should be something like "dual CA certificate file to replace self-signed/custom certificates by one signed by a different CA"

I see the same section on satellite 6.16 and 6.17 doc

Expected behavior:

The documentation should provide an accurate title and more detailed steps so it is easier and clearer to follow.

Business Impact / Additional info:

It is confusing and has no detailed steps, so it is not a good document.
