A request has been made for a warning message to be presented to the user, informing them of the lengthy operation for the task to reclaim space. This warning message should be presented to the user in the form of a pop-up as a secondary confirmation to run the reclaim space task from the Satellite WebUI.

The expected outcome is much like that of the "Delete" button on the "Manage Manifest" pop-up from the Subscriptions page on the Satellite WebUI.
