We have seen some scenarios where customers upgrade the Satellite 6.16 OS version to RHEL 9 while keeping the Capsules on RHEL 8. My understanding is that it is acceptable to run Satellite and Capsule on different RHEL versions, but it is recommended to keep them on the same version for consistency.

It would be helpful to include a note about this, along with best practices for upgrading the underlying OS of Satellite and Capsule, in the Upgrading RHEL on Satellite or Capsule section.
