The helper tooltip for the REX interface on the Register Host page seems different than the others:

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

yes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to Register Host

2. switch to Advanced tab

3. look at "Remote Execution Interface" help button

Actual behavior:
Remote Execution Interface help button looks differently than the other

Expected behavior:

all should look the same
